For BharatJodii membership plans, one month is considered as 30 days. For example, a 3-month plan is valid for 90 days, a 6-month plan for 180 days, and a 12-month plan for 360 days.
No. All BharatJodii membership payments, including subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades, are non-refundable as per our Terms and Conditions. We recommend reviewing the plan details carefully before making a payment.
Yes. Paid memberships are automatically renewed before they expire at your last paid price. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel auto-renewal by emailing support@bharatjodii.com before your renewal date.
Any unused call credits or contact views will expire along with your membership. However, if you renew your plan within 30 days of expiry, your remaining credits will be carried forward to the new membership.
No. Membership payments cannot be transferred to another person or adjusted against any other Matrimony.com product or subscription plan.
